Courses

Knowledge comes alive when it becomes experience

The BTM School courses form a progressive process of learning and practice.

The aim is not to collect more and more techniques, but to understand connections, recognise our own patterns and develop the inner stability from which conscious action becomes possible.

The learning path
The BTM training system begins with an inner point of reference

Inner reference

The BTM training system begins with an inner point of reference

True stability is not created by trying to control every external circumstance.

The world changes. People, situations, relationships and circumstances continually affect us. The question is not how to stop these changes, but whether we have an inner reference to which we can return.

In BTM, we call this inner organising principle the axis. It connects the different levels of human functioning and helps us recognise when we are aligned with our inner direction and when we have moved away from it.

Training therefore begins not with treating others, but with observing ourselves. This is the foundation of every later level.

Learning is also a process of transformation

Transformation

Learning is also a process of transformation

In nature we do not force a flower to open. We create the conditions in which its inherent form can unfold.

BTM training follows the same principle. The levels are not separate courses, but stages of one process. First we work with the stability of our own system; then we can recognise subtler connections and apply the method independently and responsibly.

The goal is not to reach the next level as quickly as possible. What matters is that the knowledge of the previous level is genuinely integrated.

A progressive path

Training levels

Each stage supports the same process at a different depth: understanding, experiencing and applying knowledge independently.

01

Foundation level

Developing your own inner reference

What is it about?

The Foundation level establishes the conceptual and practical foundations of the Inner Axis Method. You learn how body, perception, attention and conscious presence connect, and how to recognise states that unsettle the system.

What will you learn?

You become familiar with BTM’s core concepts, the role of centre and axis, and practices that help you recognise and maintain a more stable inner state. You learn to distinguish reaction from conscious presence.

Who is it for?

For those meeting BTM for the first time, or wishing to organise existing knowledge into a clear system. No previous energetic or spiritual training is required.

What does it build on?

It is a complete foundation course in itself and the basis of all later BTM training. Subtler systems can only be approached on stable foundations.

02

Advanced level

When foundations become a coherent system

What is it about?

At the Advanced level, the task is to understand how the system works in complex situations and when several layers are present at once. Earlier elements begin to form one coherent map.

What will you learn?

We deepen perception and the use of the BTM reference system. You learn to recognise subtler differences, patterns and connections without forcing a preconceived state onto the system.

Who is it for?

For those who already use the Foundation material, can return to their centre, recognise their reactions and are ready to work with deeper connections.

What does it build on?

Directly on the inner stability and reference system developed at the Foundation level. The basic practices must be lived experience, not merely theory.

03

Mentor programme

Knowledge becomes independent practice

What is it about?

The Mentor programme is a period of integration, independent application and refinement of one’s own practice, rather than simply another course.

What will you learn?

We focus on integrating knowledge into practice, examining individual situations and complex processes, refining perception and decision points, and recognising when to intervene—and when not to.

Who is it for?

For those who use the knowledge of earlier levels steadily and wish to understand BTM as a coherent system. It requires practice, experience, self-reflection and responsibility.

What does it build on?

On integrated Foundation and Advanced knowledge. It is not a shortcut and does not replace the preceding levels.

Your own rhythm

What matters is not how quickly you progress

In BTM, the next level is neither a rank nor a goal. A level has meaning when its knowledge is no longer merely something you know, but something you recognise, experience and can apply. The method leads towards independence and an inner reference to which you can return again and again.

The method is a tool.
The axis is within you.
